What materials are your products made of?

All our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver . Some pieces include cubic zirconia stones, enamel, or natural stones such as jade ( ḥajar al-jād ), amber ( kahrab ), or agate ( aqeeq ). Each product page specifies the materials used.

 

Do you ship internationally?

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days , depending on your location.

 

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Send your return request to info@platinajewels.com and include your order number.
